Abstract Note
Secretary’s note: Since discussion jumped around a bit, I’ve tried to arrange things coherently
according to the agenda outline (rather than giving a traditional, strictly chronological write-up).
Like Lars said at the meeting, we’re still adapting to democratic process and working out the
kinks, so this sort of arbitrary editing should become less necessary once we get into the
swing of things. By the same token, some of the items below may be vague; getting this
transcribed in a timely manner was a bit of a rush job. I apologize if I’ve unduly distorted
anything, and in the case of gross inaccuracy or misrepresentation (or omission),
please let me know and I will amend the record. – W.W.
