It’s been a good beginning. Despite the bumps experienced with some in our internal communication, as well as our getting accustomed to this new decision-making process, we have accomplished to occupy our public space and exercise our right to peaceful assembly… at least for now. At this moment, about 35-40 activists from the Gainesville General Assembly gather together at the Bo Diddley Plaza Downtown, get ready to rest for the night, play a few last songs, talk about their experiences thus far, and formulate their visions for the developing plan of action. What’s next for this movement?
