Abstract Note

Our mission:

Conduct massive, orchestrated online and public demonstrations. These are non-violent and legal methods of civil resistance. A nonviolent campaign by a mass of civilians is historically twice as likely to force a sustained democratic transition. Online volunteers will be assigned to various committees. Each committee is responsible for the achievement of a specific goal. Below are a list of methods of resistance which have had success in the past. Additional methods and committees can be formed.

Dial Out Committee: Identify a corporation or politician with a specific issue in mind. Utilize a massive call campaign to place inquiries or suggestions.

E-mail Committee: Identify a corporation or politician with a specific issue in mind. Utilize a massive e-mail writing campaign to place inquiries or suggestions.

Spontaneous Public Display Committee: A massive public protest that is unannounced. It will include coordinated song or chants.

Mass Object Placement Committee: Spontaneous appearance of literature or objects in a public place designed to awaken the public about a specific issue. Example: The placement of thousands of flowers and signs in a public area.

Boycott Committee: Decrease the gains of a particular business by the dissemination of information resulting in the reallocation of consumer interest.

Petition Committee: Collect lists of names and numbers of individuals willing to support or oppose a specific political initiative.
