Boston got hit hardest with winter weather first, as you can see they were smuggling pallets in at night and setting up a plank system to keep people out of the mud. They had a gentlemen from the military who had obviously been through some cold weather training at the GA explaining how not to die in the snow at night.
Everyone who liked the idea of 'winterization working groups' needs to thank Occupy Boston.
